By accessing or using Juju's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Juju provides card processing and issuance services for merchants. Our services include, but are not limited to, processing transactions, managing payments, issuing cards and providing related support.

The levied fees related from the transactions done via our channels can be found in the agreement signed by you and will be advised each time you commence a transaction beforehand. In case a transaction processed is later cancelled or disputed, you shall not be refunded any amounts charged as a fee for processing the original transaction

You understand and agree that in certain situations the card issuer, payment scheme or some other financial body may decide to,

Cancel a Transaction that it has accepted for payment and/or

2.

Charge Juju with Chargebacks. You are also liable for Disputes and chargeback filed if:

When a dispute happens, you assume among other things all claims for, all expenses incurred, any administrative fines and tax liabilities that may arise from the dispute and allow that we will be able to claim such amounts from the sums that we are supposed to pay you or your balance position within your account on the risk amount or issue you an invoice to reimburse us the claimed amount with respect to the chargeback.

You acknowledge that in certain situations you may be liable to;

Repay Juju any Chargebacks considering that you have accepted to settle a claim relating to that transaction.

2.

Respond to any cardholder disputes and to any chargebacks in compliance with the rules of the payment schemes else they will be autosettled

If for no matter what reason the website fails to consummate your transaction or you fail to complete it, we shall still refund you the transaction sum if you provide us with a written notice. Refunds will be made directly through the same mode of payment used while making the payment for the transaction for example a debit card or through direct debit.

You consent that upon becoming aware of any transaction conducted that was not sanctioned or was problematic in some way by you, you will notify us immediately so that assistance can be rendered in order to mitigate any losses. Any disputes against us relating to payments should be initiated no later than 20 (Twenty) working days from the date such allegations are exercised. After that period of time, it will be presumed that all claims against us will be waived by you without any limitation under laws of other jurisdictions. After the goods and services have been paid for using our services, for which you understand and agree, we are not liable. We may assist you and customers in any dispute over the payment systems but we are not obligated to do so. You shall furnish us with such relevant transaction reference and all other necessary documentation in regards to all transaction related disputes with us.

You acknowledge and accept that you will continue to be responsible after the one or other agreement is terminated for any such chargebacks, refunds, penalties, loss or damages, cost incurred by Juju's acquiring bank, its customers as well as for all claims and proceedings against Juju in our said agreement.

You accept that it is completely your duty as a merchant to ascertain who your customers are, whether they are in a position to use the Juju's services as well as whether they qualify to buy such products or provide such services. Also, you should keep the receipts and documents proving that you have rendered a corresponding service or manufactured goods to the clients. Juju may need some of this information in case a complaint is raised to aid in complaint redress and enhance smoothness in its operations.

Juju shall not be responsible for any of the following indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages irrespective of the fact whether such a loss is due to loss of revenues, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of the use of facilities, interruptions of business or any other intangible loss out of or in relation to any use of Juju's services, regardless of warranty, contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, the extent of damage is unbounded. Moreover, Juju in no case shall be liable to any customer/merchant for tort, breach of contract, breach of warranty or any other legal theory for damages in excess of transaction fees due to Juju for one month preceding the date of the claim irrespective of acceptance of such liability.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit such exclusion of certain warranties or limitation or exclusion of liability for specified terrible damages. Therefore, some of the above waivers and liability limits may not apply. In so far as any of the Juju dominant party relationship may not, within applicable law, be able to disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, then such warranty or the extent of such Juju's liability shall be liable to the minimal constraints as are provided by applicable law.

Juju and its affiliates cannot be held liable for any such sums related to the breach of these Terms committed by you. Juju is indemnified against and held harmless from all claims, lawsuits and proceedings against Juju pertaining to or arising from any infringement of Intellectual Property or other rights of third parties through the use of the Services.

Our Services are designed solely for individuals who have reached the legal age of consent in the country where our service is provided and used. We do not knowingly offer our Services or conduct transactions with anyone under this age. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we suspect or find that you do not meet the minimum age criteria.

In your capacity as a business, you represent and warrant to us that:

You possess all necessary powers and capabilities to conclude this agreement and perform its obligations;

You are duly registered and in good standing under each and every state, region or country as applicable to your organization and are authorized to carry on business in all states or countries where your business is being conducted.

And that if you change the information provided at registration such as changes in business name, address, financial institution, payment methods, or products/services rendered, or if such your company undergoes a merger or any other form of restructuring, you agree that you will inform us of such changes within 10(ten) working days. Please understand there may be limitations to assist users based on the information provided when registering including contact information for response to inquiries or requests that may have not been registered on the Juju account.

You accept full responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and the access to the account, and also agree to follow all other reasonable security rules imposed by Juju. You are solely responsible for ensuring that no individuals not authorized by you have access to your account or your password. If you refuse to change a compromised password or share it with another person ignoring this security instructions, Juju shall bear no responsibility for any such losses.

Furthermore, you agree that you will take all reasonable measures in order to protect from unauthorized access any personal electronic device that you are using to render the the services offered by Juju for which Juju will not be liable.

We make every effort to ensure that Juju is operational twenty-four hours a day and all seven days of the week without malfunctions or security risks but you shall undertake the usage of Juju at your own discretion and risk.

The solutions offered by Juju are provided as-is and should be used as-is basis hence they come with no express, implied and/or statutory warranty (including but not limited to any implied merchantability and fitness for a use or purpose or ownership or non-infringement of any intellectual property rights). Juju's services are made without warranty as to the results of use or how the client will use the service/site and desire fulfillment. Any communication notice on absence of down-times, being error-free, timeliness or secure be it oral or written or via any other means on this subject matter does not create a warranty on Juju.
